At Avelo, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic and personal-care nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Returns

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, unsealed, or altered in any way.

Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at elishamcmillian@icloud.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a replacement or refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be issued at our sole discretion for:

  • Products that arrive damaged
  • Products that arrive defective
  • Incorrect items received

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer remorse
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or events outside our control
  • Opened or used products
  • Normal variations in product packaging

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that may be granted to consumers under applicable local laws.
