Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs inspections, local postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided after an order has been shipped.

Tracking updates are provided by third-party carriers and may not always reflect real-time package movement.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Avelo is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Avelo is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Avelo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package appears lost, customers should contact us at elishamcmillian@icloud.com and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating the shipment.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order, the customer may remain responsible for any shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, or other related expenses.

Any delivery dates or shipping estimates displayed on the website are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
